Terms & Conditions
Standard booking terms, payment schedules, and shoot parameters.
1. Booking & Retainer Amount
A date is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the advance retainer payment (typically 25-50% of the total contract value). Retainer payments reserve our creative team exclusively for your event.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance schedule is specified in your custom contract (typically 50% prior to event dates and final balance upon digital photo/video teaser delivery).
3. Cancellation & Date Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation or date changes, client notice must be provided in writing. Retainer fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to alternate available dates within 6 months upon mutual agreement.
4. Artistic Freedom & Delivery Timelines
WeddingShoot maintains artistic license regarding photographic framing, color grading style, and film editing. Standard gallery delivery occurs within 30 to 45 business days.
