Client Data & Media Rights Policy
Guidelines governing image copyright, digital cloud backup, and social media showcase.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Per standard photographic copyright laws, WeddingShoot retains copyright ownership of all raw and edited photographs and films created during your events.
2. Client Personal Usage License
Clients receive an unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use, high-resolution printing, and social media posting. Commercial reproduction or resale requires written studio consent.
3. Portfolio & Social Showcase
As a creative fine art atelier, WeddingShoot showcases selected high-quality photographs in our portfolio, website, and studio social channels. Couples requesting private non-disclosure gallery rights may opt for an explicit NDA clause prior to contract signing.
4. Digital Archival & Backups
We maintain cloud & dual local backups of client master edited files for 1 year following event delivery. Clients are advised to download and maintain personal secondary backups upon receipt.
